ONLINE SHOP will show on your credit card statement after your purchase has been processed.

Your package will arrive in a plain box or envelope without advertisements and will have a non-descriptive return address of ONLINE SHOP.

All orders are processed in the order they are received and generally ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order.

Once your order has been placed, you can find the tracking link to your package by logging into your account and viewing its status or by visiting our online tracking page.

Due to the nature of the products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any product that comes into contact with any body part or fluid unless there is a manufacturer defect. Once these products leave our warehouse they are considered used and become not returnable.

These products include, but are not limited to: Vibrators, Dildos, Douche, Enema, Anal Toys, Cock Rings, Cock Sleeves, Lubricants, Massage oils, Condoms, Body paints, Lingerie, and Menswear.

If a product is found to defect within 30 days of purchase, Secrets Boutiques will replace that product with the same product. Please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization form. The representative will request that you provide proper documentation of the defect to Secrets Boutiques.

If you wish to cancel an order, please call us within 30 minutes of placing the order. Once the order has reached our warehouse we are unable to cancel an order.
